“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. “Vince was very on top of the process, details were laid out for us before check in and it was simple. Fun little studio apartment. It's a great location, if you're in need of some sort of night life or need a place for a date night, this is where you should stay. The pool is a fun hangout spot in the middle of the building, love the mid-century modern vibes. The studio itself is clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows - huge deal. Will be back when we need another……

“Property was clean and organized. Limited items in Kitchen. I recommend adding small appliances & supplies like a toaster and mixing bowls, vegetable peeler that works. But we managed all. Sofa not as comfortable and no lounge chair. But unit worked fine for us. Shower good. We enjoyed the unit; good location for our needs. ”
