「My niece and I had a lovely time staying at York House. Everything was pristine and all amenities right there. Loved having coffee in the sweet sitting area looking out the windows in the morning. Of course, it was great for wine in the evening too. Beds were luscious. Planning to return in the summer. 」

「The house was lovely and roomy. It is close to the main road, easy to get to. Many bathrooms, plenty of kitchen space and stuff to cook with (but we didn’t cook at all). Host was very responsive!」

「We had a nice time at this property for our Niagara Falls trip. The location is on a quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street. It is right next to the walking trail, which we walked on daily to get to The Falls. It took about 30 minutes to get to the place where we could see them. Closer to 45min to get right next to the Horseshoe Falls. We enjoyed the exercise. The house is a little cluttered but it has everything…plenty of towels, toiletries, toys for kids, etc. The hosts were sweet...

「The suite was clean, breakfast bars and juices and coffee was provided, there is a nice front porch with magnolia trees outside where you can sit and read. It is close to a WEGO bus stop, important so that you don't get dunned for parking at every attraction. There is a parking spot next to the house. Robb communicated with us well and made sure we were comfortable. We would go there again. 」

「Just lovely! The Maple Leaf house was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for our family vacation to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. 」

「Beautiful home. Very close to just about everything. Bathrooms were well stocked with not only towels and toilet paper they also had shampoo and body wash if you need it. Everything was easy to find in the kitchen for meal cooking. It was nice to sit on the porch in the morning 」

「The interior of the property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of room, kitchen supplied with everything you need to cook your meals, and the bed was very comfortable. Private parking available for guests, and pathway to front door has sensor lights during evening/night hours.Host was very responsive to any questions we had.The only item we noted was the deadbolt on the back door was difficult to lock.We would definitely stay here again.」
