「the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's the rest of the property that is a mess. The side of the Ice Palace along the walk looks like an abandon garbage dumpThe new chairs by the pool are nice but hard as a rock and not at all comfortable to lie on. They should have mats to put on them. I'd even be willing to pay to rent one for the lounge chair.」

「Very light water pressure from the shower. Confusing elevator operation. Use of room key to activate an elevator from floor to floor is bothersome.」

「Spacious room with tv and fridge. Needs updating and repairs. A lot of traffic noise.」

「The place looks kinda nice in pictures, but in reality i got a room with a broken "hot tub" that when i turned it on spit out bugs and there were dead bugs on the floor. I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Maybe i was unlucky in the room but I would stay far away from this place.」

「stayed with my boyfriend and we wished we stayed longer than one night! gorgeous little place. the rooms were spotless and the pool was so nice to lounge by! We will be staying again.」

「Staff was fine. It's not their fault hotel is run down. You can hear people in other rooms through walls. People smoke in their rooms the place stinks. Breakfast is okay it's continental. But the worst was the BUGS! Crawling and flying in my room. If you can, stay elsewhere, Remember you get what you pay for.」
