“Large, comfortable, clean and quiet room No creaking of floors or stairs. Tasty and well prepared breakfast. Fruit salad and really.tasty yoghurts great way to start the days followed by a tasty vege cooked breakfast. Welcoming and friendly host”

“The staff is not helpful. Even though the rooms were available, they charged us extra GBP 15 for an early check in. It was very clear that we wait for 2 hours or pay. Then they gave me a accessible room ( which i did not book ). Lastly we asked them to clean the room the following day, and they just made the bed. The floor was not vacuumed, no fresh towels were put.”

“The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.”

“Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good”

“Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che non c’era più posto per la colazione il giorno dopo prima delle 10,30.Avrebbero dovuto nel caso scrivere il giorno prima per dirci di prenotare l’orario.Ci hanno fatto andare in reception a prenderla ed erano 3 sandwich,3 mele,non la colazione completa pagata!Alla sera ritornati,la stanza non era stata pulita e gli asciugamani non cambiati.Pare bisognasse mettere Service room alla porta,ma non era indicato da nessuna parte e sinceramente di default anche……

“The Hotel was very good we stayed very late so never really got a chance to enjoy the amenities as much as possible but the location and surrounds are beautiful set in a beautiful castle Great breakfast and a welcoming Hotel”

“This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. ”

“Just step away from the airport. Room is clean and the facilities are fit. Noise from plane is not at all. Room temperature is comfortable in the early winter. Great place to stay for early flight or late arrival.”
