"Staff excellent Stunning sunsets"

"We have stayed at this resort many times over the years. Front desk staff struggle with problem solving and timeshare staff still very pushy and dont represent brand well. Property, rooms, all getting very run down. Pool wait staff reduced and overworked. Food and beverage prices very high for quality compared to the past. Would have been nice if Expedia mentioned property was under construction. Store and deli almost non existent. The best thing about this resort are its returning members but...

"El hotel está recién remodelado muy bonito, Pero les hace falta componer los elevadores, solo cuentan con dos para todo toda la torre. El evento de Farmacias Guadalajara por la noche fue molesto, la música estaba muy fuerte y hasta la 1:00 am "

"El personal tiene un pésimo servicio y pésimo trato. A excepción de esmeralda del kids club ella tiene un excelente trato y muy amable y el mesero Alejandro y Antonio fueron los únicos amables, desde que llegamos a recepción hasta salir del hotel el personal en general a pesar de que uno les pedía las cosas amablemente y con una sonrisa hasta te ignoraban y eran groseros! De verdad que fue una súper mala experiencia con su personal. "

"Clean room great service "

"Hotel was a bit dated but was very clean and staff are very helpful and courteous. Great location on the beach, great pool area and the property has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance around rhe marina boardwalk. We had a small leak issue with out intial room but the manager Damian was great and had us switched into another room which had a way better view. We will definitely stay there again."
