“Property was completely unlocked and empty of people. Had to use posted number on unlocked door to contact an employee who showed up 15 minutes later. Was taken to a dirty unmade bedroom with old and mismatched furniture. Bathroom was 30 yards away with no toiletries and no mirror
Water was luc warm. Carpet throughout the building was rhreadbare. After 20 minutes I decided to vacate the hotel due to watching a rat run down the hallway.”

“Check in is abit weird. You have to check in at the bar. No one is at the desk. The room was very clean. Didn't like the food in the bar area. Never tried the breakfast. Overall it was good for sleeping.”

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm !
Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“Bunchrew House Hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Inverness. The property has a beautiful historic character, with a quiet setting right on the water that makes it feel peaceful and removed while still being close enough to Inverness to explore easily. The grounds are scenic, the views over the Beauly Firth are excellent, and the building itself has a lot of charm without feeling overly formal.

“We were very impressed with the Conon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was great and all the food we had was good. Because we had a dog and we like her to accompany us to meals we were asked to us the bar. No problem with this. The dining room looked good. ”
