"Staff were friendly, attentive, and highly visible. There was always someone around to answer questions or assist, especially the guy who had the thankless job of keeping the old elevators running (too many people would try and crowd in and then it would get stuck). Free water and small snacks near concierge were a nice touch too. "

Time Square is less than a block away, but this location is on a side street so not super busy with car or foot traffic. Staff was wonderful and made our trip amazing. "
