"I was staying for a couple of days to complete training sessions after a convention. The staff were very accommodating with my schedule restraints. I had to check in early and attend the last day of the convention, and the day I checked out I had to check my bag with the hotel, and leave my car with valet, and attend training during the day. Picking up my bag and retrieving my car much later than a normal check-out. The staff were awesome!!"

The Hotel's "Provisional" restaurant is an architectural marvel - besides its good food and service. Hard to find anything about the Hotel and helpful staff to complain about. "

"Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Super location if you are attending a conference. You can drop off luggage if you arrive early and enjoy the town without lugging your luggage around until checkin time. If you want to visit the city after checkout time you can leave your luggage at the hostel until early evening when you are asked to retrieve it."
