"I like the Congress Plaza because it's still a reasonably priced downtown hotel that is close to a lot of downtown attractions. I didn't find the counter staff particularly professional, friendly, or helpful this particular visit. Was a bit disappointed by that. Otherwise, we liked our rooms (539 and 539A). Will be back. "

The area around the hostel was beautiful, safe, and near great coffee shops, bars, restaurants a little bit of shopping. Great walkable area but also easy to catch a ride form as well. Parking was hard to find and would have been impossible without the staff directing us to where the paid parking was located. Would recommend paying for the parking as there as rarely to...

"The hotel itself was great, but the constant drag racing outside at 3am got a little old. If you can sleep through anything you're going to love it here, if you're a light sleeper like me, maybe look for something else a little more off the beaten path. "
