“The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Iberostar app needs a little work but overall it added a layer of convenience and organization to our stay. Events were listed clearly on app and……

“Love this property. I’ve been a few times and I’ll go back. The food has gotten better, Jamaican night was awesome. The staff was ok. My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee ”

“The staff was friendly. The rooms, restaurants and hotel in general was super clean. The food was very good at the buffets and specialized restaurants. I stayed at Bavaro beach hotels almost every year for the last 10 years and so far, this was the best.”
