"Staff are very helpful and nice but the property itself needs remodeling. Pool is also way too small and constantly packed with people."

"Staff was so friendly and sweet. The location is good bc you're so close to alot of things walking. The elevators only 4 of 6 work so it takes a while to get down or go up. The room was so clean . Def recommend for Solo Travelers , I felt pretty comfortable. Breakfast was soo good . Id stay again."

"“Booked a Two Queens Ocean View room for my family. Was given a Pool View room upon arrival — completely different than what was advertised on Expedia as ocean view. When I raised this at check-in, two managers — Ashley B. and Dave M. — both refused to make any adjustment. Ashley B even claimed they are oversold. It is not — Expedia lists them as two separate room categories. My entire first night was wasted in dispute instead of enjoying my trip with my children. Only after formal written escalation did the hotel refund the difference and waive resort fees. Expedia also issued a goodwill credit, acknowledging the misrepresentation on their end. Important note: this hotel sits perpendicular to the ocean — true ocean views are extremely limited and most guests will not get one. This is never disclosed at booking. My recommendation: book the Marriott next door. It shares the same pool and common areas but faces the ocean directly, with genuine ocean views throughout. Do not waste your money or your vacation here with poor management and scam advertising."

"Our suite was great. It was spacious for the four of us. We had a nice, albeit small, view of the water. It was in a pretty good location—about a ten minute walk to the nearest beach. Not too bad since we just rented chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to cart anything around. There was a little market on the corner so we’re able to grab stuff for breakfasts and snacks. We booked two rooms (one for a fifth traveler with us) and she had a lot of trouble getting her door to open even with getting a new key. We booked based on the reasonable cost of needing two rooms and felt like it was worth it for the money. Would have liked to be a little closer to Waikīkī but ultimately the walk was not a hinderance. Would recommend for sure."
