"Amazing property with plenty of shopping and dining within the vicinity."

"Pool area is very busy and very crowded with not only Westin guests but also guests from other neighboring Marriott properties. Challenging to get a bartender’s attention. Towel checkout policy is tiresome. Paid $85 per day for two beach chairs and an umbrella. In general, the resort seems oversubscribed. "

"Julie was just amazing recommend go visit her to purchase tickets Luau also thank you Jacob for all the great recommendations everything he recommended was so delicious & Gretchen what excellent customer service also went out of her way to figure out we we double charge when we check in come and visit you all will not be disappointed 1 only thing but it’s nature the birds at the restaurant but understand that is there home come right to the tables other than that excellent."

"Nice hotel with a great beach near the black rock snorkeling spot. Pool was nice, but the hotel was “high volume” — a lot of people go through there and I think they have to work hard to keep the place clear, which they do pretty well. We stayed in a deluxe suite with 4 people which was very comfortable and a step above the standard room. We really liked it. We ate most of our meals at the resort, which was very expensive, but the food was decent. Overall, this was a great family trip."

"Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The property is stunningly gorgeous and all the staff are wonderful. My daughter and I both have Celiac Disease, which can be tricky to travel with, however we were very Well taken care of and had many options to safely eat. Highly recommend "

"The lagoon and pool were wonderful. Protected from waves but still saw tons of sea-life everyday. The parking was very far to walk everyday and the tram was not working all the time. Lots of walking. The restaurant Nui Italian was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was expensive so only did it once. Not many breakfast options on the property. The Kings and Queens Shops close by had good restaurants and some good shopping. The grocery store there also had great food. "
