“Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. “Lovey resort for families with children, fabulous pool with kind pool attendant & exceptional customer service on reception (young male reception ist) great parking, large lounge area/dining facilities. Great playpark out the back & across the car park was another amusement arcade with large soft play/cafe our daughter loved it. Only downside was the rooms were a bit tired, lacked attention to detail you would expect from a Scottish Highland Hotel. Other than that we had a great stay”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”
