"Excellent breakfast!! Wonderful friendly staff!"

"Very nice hotel. Clean. Beds and pillows are really soft, too soft imo. We arrived with 2 adults/2 kids and they gave us a room without sheets for the pullout and just 2 towels. This is annoying when you clearly reserve for 4 and they see it at check in. Ice maker was broken on our floor without a sign and I told them at the front and they said "yeah we know". Then put up a sign. Breakfast was sparse but good and they were out of stuff before 8:30 and didn't restock. AC couldn't keep up and it was only 80F outside. Pool and hot tub was nice. Staff was friendly. "

"Nice room except bathroom ceiling peeling off Very nice back outdoor deck with gazebo with fire pit. Very easy parking to unload luggage. Haven’t had breakfast yet "

"It’s a very nice hotel! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and smiling. The hotel is close to Walmart and lots of restaurants. It has good view on the back side too. "

"The room and hotel were great. I do have a complaint. My 8 year old daughter was using the hair dryer and it sparked, shocked, and started smoking. We immediately called for assistance. I was very concerned for my daughter’s safety as well as whether there would be an issue with the hair dryer causing a fire. We were told someone would be there immediately but yet they never came. My husband went down to the front desk to be told that no one came in because of the do not disturb sign on our door. I’m not sure why there was no knock especially since we had called and were concerned. I realize the hotel couldn’t control a faulty hair dryer but it was their reaction that angered me. No concern for my child’s safety. Then just a lot of talking in circles and excuses. No offer of anything to right the situation. "
