"Loved the location and it was very clean"

"We chose this hotel for the location. It is definitely in the middle of everything in shinjuku. We chose to book thru expedia for safety of mind in case we needed to cancel. The lobby is on the 8th floor, so there will always be 2 elevators to enter or exit. The elevators for the rest of the hotel are split and you don't really have to wait long. Check in, check out, instructions and help to find a company to fix my glasses, laundry - all were dealt with very professionally and friendly. the room was pretty spacious, separate toilet room, show room and the sink is outside. We faced the Tokyu Kabukicho tower, and the quad below, where events were held often and we could hear some of it, and they quieted down by 10pm. There is a starbucks in that tower. The screen on that building also shuts off by 10. Within the hotel tower there are many shows, including a very nice sushi joint. It is extremely walkable to shinjuku station and lots of other parts of town. The 7-11 is accessible from within the "

"Overall a great property, peaceful and away from the busy touristy area, but still walkable on metro to get to major areas. Amenities in hotel such as the massage chair and self-serve coin laundry is a nice bonus and not to be overlooked. "
