“Two days before our stay we were notified that we were being moved to a different rental which apparently was an upgrade. What was not clear in the photo was the lack of space above the mattress (double) on the floor(no “bed”) and the ceiling. "The hotel is super close to the airport. Location is fantastic, there are supermarkets and petrol stations nearby. It is within Richmond area. Hotel is slightly old, with a touch of those casino hotels vibe. Rooms were huge and come with balconies. The corridors had very strong smell of cigarettes and other products. Bedsheets and towels were relatively clean, only the rooms and corridors had this old mouldy smell. Parking was easy, just outside of the hotel. Feels like the hotel needs a big of renovation. Reception staff were all super friendly."
