“Very good”

“The location, facilities, and service were all good.”

“great staff and quickly manage the solution need”

“As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. The property feels dated due to its old-fashioned design and lack of proper room maintenance. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.”

“Thanks for the excellent Ritz-Carlton executive lounge team and all staffs, especially for Elina, for their excellent services and arrangements and made us have a wonderful birthday trip!”
