“It was easy and fast to check in ”

“The spacious room was nicely air conditioned upon entry. Floors were perfectly clean, furniture dust free, beds quarter tossed ready for use, and the bathroom uniquely arranged and appointed. Coffee 24/7 was particularly appreciated. Our AM breakfast was tasty and fulfilling!”

“This is my favorite kind of hotel. Very Clean. Nice bed and linens. Very helpful owners, Reasonable rate. Pretty flowers and hummingbirds. No fitness room, pool, or breakfast. These are extras that I don't use so I am happy to not have to pay for them. ”

“The Sunset Condos at the Northern Bat Resort are great. This was our second time renting a condo at Northern Bay and it was awesome again. The condos are spacious and this unit is a 4 bedroom and fit our group of 8 without issue.The porches on each unit are very large and this porch faced hole 2 of the golf course. There is a high top table and cushioned chairs in the porch that were comfortable. It was great for eating and sitting and watching the golfers try to land on the green.We also were……

“Chosen primarily for the location since it was between our home locations allowing our families to easily meet to celebrate. We liked all the amenities and it was easy to follow directions for the boat slip for our boat. Lots of parking was also a plus. The large table allowed us to enjoy meals all together and the multiple areas allowed for multiple activities - movies, fire, hot tub , etc. We were very happy with the rental and would book again. ”
