“Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. “Excellent location, can walk to most sites or transportation within a few blocks. Easy access to get to the flat. Grocery stores within a block in a few different directions. Lots of restaurants close by too. The place is very clean, good size, and is updated. Has a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. No dryer but they have a drying rack in the closet that we used and our clothes dried over night. Only bad thing is the WiFi is not the greatest and is spotty or very slow most……

“The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony!
