"Staff, especially front desk, was awesome! Overall, a great location near Yankees Stadium. Unfortunately, our bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did let the front desk know when we checked out and they said they would have it looked at by Maintenance. Hopefully they did. The mattress needs replaced. But other than that, or stay was just fine."

"This is a great part of town to stay in -- less touristy, very quiet at night, just 1 block from a subway station that can get you wherever you need to go."

"The area around the hotel was questionable just by view. The local bodegas were amazing Sal’s diner was top notch. The hotel itself was clean. Loved the security you needed your card to get into the elevator and you could only go to your floor. The room was lacking a microwave, seating was also tight in the room but sufficient for what we needed. The bed was soft but I prefer a firmer bed. The view was excellent, the shower was great, hot and plenty of pressure. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a super nice touch. This is not one of those hotels that’s full of amenities and perks but ultimately it’s a clean place to lay your head and has everything that you might need. The staff were polite but they did say your room number aloud . It’s definitely out of the way but again served its purpose."
