“客房装修一般，沙发床展开后床面不平，洗手间隐私不够，从客房可清晰看到淋浴间，个别服务人员工作不认真，没有按要求帮我们做餐厅预定”

“One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, amazing rooms with hammocks on each balcony. Great view, beach and pool areas. Highly recommend if you want a holiday to switch off”

“The hours for resturant in the morning opened at 8am so it was difficult getting coffee. When we booked we read breakfast was included which is not true. We found things to be pretty pricey for what you got. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed our stay but truly coffee should have been a must!”

“The room was very clean. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Pools look great but spent most of the time in the ocean. Elvis was the server at the beach, and he kept our drinks coming fast and was awesome to talk to. Room was great loved the plunge pool and jacuzzi tub. Food was everything we could ask for. I especially loved the Lamb. Only thing I did not like was the bed. It was a little hard for me and my wife, but I can live with that. We will be back again in the future.”

“We stayed at the Punta Blanca Beachfront Hotel for 4-nights and had a great time! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ana Pao, Daniel, and Santiago! The included breakfast was delicious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean when we had breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff did not make the bed or change the towels on Sunday. I advised the desk at ~7pm Sunday. They asked if I left the 'Light" red or green. I advised I had no idea there was a switch and would they please attend to the matter. She said Yes. When I arrived after dinner ~10 pm, the bed and towels had not been taken care of. Disappointed.”
