「We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary at The Mamara hotel Taksim. Overall amazing customer service was outstanding, especially Yeliz who started dealing with us through WhatsApp from the UK until our last day in Istanbul Turkey. she made us feel very welcome and accommodated our every need and added Finishing Touches. The Spa couple treatment she booked us was amazing. All staff at the Spa went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed perfect 10 out of 10 all round recommended...

「優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。 櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少 缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。」
