Excellent stay in April 2015

The staff were consistently of the highest standard, lovely hotel, large room and pretty. The hospitality was as if we were family.The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Super Lage freundliches Personal!

Super nettes Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Lage ist Top gerne wieder freue mich bald wieder dort zu nächtigen nur paar Meter vom bekannten Taksim-Platz. Very friendly and helpfull staff nice rooms just few meters from the taksim square.

탁심광장과 가까운 위치 편리

처음에 찾기 어려웠지만 탁심광장과 굉장히 가깝고 위치상 좋음. 공항가는 버스랑 걸어서 5분정도 거리. 주변에 상점도 많아서 편리. 시설도 깨끗하고 친절함.

신시가지에 찾은 최고의 레지던스

2박은 다른 호텔에서하고 신시가지를 보려고 탁심근처 이곳을 예약했습니다. 3인실을 예약했는데 방이1개 별도로 더블 베드가 있었고 거실에는 더블베드랑 싱글베드 두개가 있고 평수로는 15평 되보이는 굉장히 크고 깨끗한방이었습니다. 우리나라 레지던스급인데 가격은 너무도 싸서 만족 대만족입니다. 부엌도 넓고 거실테이블과 식탁도있어 가족여행시 강력추천합니다. 다만 탁심광장에서 내리막길로 5분거리인데 구글맵으로 찍고오면 금방이니 위치찾을걱정도 없다고봅니다. 생긴지 얼마안된것으로보이고 스태프가 영어를 잘 못하지만 끝까지 알아들으려하고 노력해서 알려주니 문제없을것이며 조식도 아침에 전화해서 달라고하면 숙소방까지 배달해줍니다. 자유여행자나 가족여행자에게 추천합니다.

Disgraceful - cancelled our booking and lied to us

Terrible! When we arrived, after searching for staff as reception was empty, we were guided outside, to a different building that was in terrible condition, smelt very bad and was very cold! He had sold our room and cancelled our booking 3 hours before our arrival whilst we were in flight enroute to the hotel. He firstly lied to me saying he wasn't a manager and nothing he could do. Found out later he was the manager and he then lied to hotels.com saying we cancelled the room, not him! This was late at night and we were told to take the room or leave. We had to find a last minute hotel, taxi and pay for phone calls. Terrible behaviour!!!

Otel gerçekten Taksimin Kalbinde ve çok iyi bir konumda.İstiklal cd ve metroya azami 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde.Personeli inanılmaz iyi niyetli ve yardımcı.Ayrıca Otel Verdiğiniz parayı Fazlasıyla hakkediyor.Ev konforundaki Odaları çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve gerçekten çok büyük. Taksim Premier Suit size Avrupa standartlarında konaklama imkanı sunuyor.Kesinlikle istanbul konaklamanızda tavsiye ederim.

Long birthday weekend.

While others commented on the steep hill, this really wasn't a problem for us; it was great to be so close to Taksim. Also, the bedroom was really quiet so we had no trouble sleeping. But unfortunately, since we were on the first floor it was very noisy in the living room from people hanging out on the street. There was no balcony to speak of as stated, and we had to request the iron & ironing board each time we needed it (not kept in the room as we expected). On the last day, we woke to find all the water turned off without notice and when it was later restored the toilet did not work. We ended up waiting for hours while a plumber tried to repair it, only to find that he couldn’t actually get it working before our departure and we had to deal with a constantly running toilet for the last night/morning. They also forgot to arrange our taxi to the airport, so we were glad that we had anticipated an early departure from the hotel.

Beyoglu Suites - Ett stenkast från Taksim torget

Jättefint Lägenhets hotell som ligger mitt i Istanbuls hjärta. Lägenheten som vi bodde i var väldigt fräsch och hade smaklig inredning. Promenad avstånd till många sevärdheter. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta prisvärda lägenhetshotell till alla som vill besöka Istanbul och bo bekvämt.

Siisti, modernisti sisustettu huoneisto Taksim-aukion lähellä. upea sijainti ja palvelut ja kaupat lähellä Saavuimme myöhään illalla ja palvelu oli vähän tökeröä. eikä hebnkilökuntaa seb jälkeen näkynytkään koko aikana. Olisimme toivoneet, että edes kerran huoneistosssa olisi siivottu viikon aikana tai edes tyhjennetty roskat. Tai olisi ollut edes siivousvälineitä.

Comfortable, modern room

Nice Abd great but will not go there again

The suit is great and clean. Rooms are really big. Simply the pictures in the website are really the same in the real. The things did not like : - no safety box in the suit. - location : it is really near the Taqsim but u need to walk up the hill to reach Taqsim... I have read that in the reviews before I went there but did not imagine it would be very hard ... Really very hard especially if u r smoker like me . - no air-condition in the bedroom. Only in the living room....so y need to keep the a/c on all the day so when u come back from outside at night u will find the room cold . - very difficult to control the temp of the water in bathroom ... Sometimes cold some times hot .

Stille og behagelig, for en billig penge

Oppholdet vårt hos Beyoglu Suites var over all forventning, vi sov godt i gode senger, hadde egen liten terrasse med stoler og bord, kjøkken og bad. Det ligger veldig sentralt, Taksim og Istiklal Caddesi er 2 min gåtur unna. Vi fikk topp service, feks så ankom vi sent, og da bestilte personalet mat til oss, som vi fikk levert på døren. Tatt i betraktning hvor hektisk miljøet er rundt hotellet så var dette et veldig stille alternativ. Renholdet var også meget bra. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Walking distance to both taksim sq. train connections and ferry port connections. Helpful and well informed staff/mgmt. Well maintained facilities.

I do recommend this hotel

Hotel room was big enough for a family with 2 children, house keeping was excellent, they even washed up our dishes, environment was safe and walking distance to the istiklal street (Taksin square) which is the center of the city and the entertainment center of Istanbul, I will stay in this hotel again with my family
