「Our stay at The Dean was nice for a group of 4. The property was clean and reasonably priced. It was a short distance in to the South side of Boston and parking in front of the property was not a problem. 」

「Loved the condo. Close to everything. Easy to get around. For the price you can't beat it! Perfect get away place to stay to catch a Sox game!」

「Finding the property was easy. The walk up the steps was nicely decorated. The property was just as described, wonderful light, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and the host was easily accessible for all our questions and needs. We enjoyed the sunny balconey and had plenty of room to celebrate our graduate!」

「The property is walking distance to Fenway.. We did not have any issues with noise. The metro is right in fornt of the house (also very convenient for getting around Boston) but the noise is minimal and after the first few nights it simply became background noise. Having the grocery H-Mart store less than a block away was very convenient. A large variety of eateries both very close to very walk-able. Hosts were very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. 」

「I was in town for about a month for medical purposes and needed to find a place that was close to DFCI but still also close to retail and restaurants. This pace was perfect.Cheryl, the property manager, was extremely responsive for any property questions I had during my stay which is much appreciated.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.」
