“This property and the Vrbo support we're both horrendously bad. The unit had cockroaches. I couldn't reach anybody at Vrbo with any authority, and no one seemed to care. Vrbo sucks.”

“The room was more bare bones than I realized. The pillows were not good at all, the bed wasn’t great. Only one tiny lamp with just ceiling over head light which just wasn’t inviting, along with the room being very very dark with very little light from the windows that look out into an alley. ”

“Host was very friendly. Assistant was helpful Property needed some improvements. Coffee pot was broke, needed more lighting, tub didn’t drain well. It fit our needs of just sleeping there but it wasn’t cozy to be there. ”

“Very spacious, with an amazing layout that offers privacy in individual rooms yet also multiple family gathering spaces. Lovely furnishings & everything you need to cook or dine in. I never leave home without my own sheets but i was uncharacteristically comfortable sleeping on their bedding, which were very clean & well maintained. Well appointed with giant TVs set up for streaming in every room! Quick walk to public transit & close to the top of Lakeshore Drive - lots of local options too, and……

“What is remarkable is that the hosts have thought of everything: Access is easy. The room I had (Studio One) is well laid out, with a handy kitchen. And the bathroom is also very well laid out. Add the comfortable duvet (needed when I was there in January), the comfortable chairs, and the well placed windows. And the savvy hosts even have added baffles at the bottom of the door to keep the heat in. Finally: Location, location, location. ”
