I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

We stayed in the family room the beds were comfy and clean and offered,USB-C,USB-A and 110v for each bed (2 of each for the double bed 1 on each side ). Only downside is the room is a bit small with limited luggage storage options and even with only weekend backpack and roll away carryon bag we were a bit cramped."
