「Beautiful hotel and spotless! Very comfortable room and toiletries. Great view of the hillside and very close to town. A comfortable lounge also available for guests operating an honesty box system for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff really nice. Will definitely stay again, we loved it. Just a shame it was one night on the way to Scotland. Will go for longer next time. Thanks for a fabulous stay.」

「Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」

「Lorna was a great host, super welcoming and chatty. Room was clean and packed with drinks and biscuits, even had marshmallows for your hot choc! Location was great, just a short walk to town down the scenic railway path. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, 」

「Nice sized room. Matt was such a friendly host. Made my wife and I a great breakfast. Very convenient location to the Keswick market. Only a 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to Grasmere village. We would definitely stay here again. 」
