“If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in……

“Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!”

“Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, location was great. We were two couples and one single and it was a perfect size. “Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 3. Loved the king bed which usually isn't available at smaller houses in this price range. The quick beach access and roomy patio to clean up and dry off made trips to and from the ocean very easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facility had everything we needed and most importantly, everything worked. So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ……

“The photos online did not do the house justice. Although nice online, it was even better in person! Had a chance to meet Gwen and she's very nice and personable. She took care of our minor situation immediately and responded to texts in a timely manor. I drive a Kia Sorento and was able to fit my car into the garage. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
