“The condo was clean, beautifully equipped, and located where my group needed it. The ocean access was lovely and the outdoor views from the two decks were quie nice. There are two main reasons I did not provide it 5 stars and they relate to the management company, Sea Horse Vacations. Their attempt to extort the client for an early arrival or later departure were especially annoying based on the high rate charged (early March for Amelia Island Concours activities). "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
