Most guesthouses in this price range have the obligatory uncomfortable dining chair, but this room had a comfortable armchair which is a godsend for those of us with chronic back pain. It is very conveniently located in downtown Inverness, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and very close to the river and the shops.
