"Very clean property that is represented properly in VRBO. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice new tiled shower and kitchen area. The rain style shower head is a plus. The bed is very soft! If you prefer a very soft bed Unit 4A is the right choice. The owner (Edgar) is very responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not working properly. Edgar and his plumbing help tried to fix it once but it still failed. The second attempt got it fixed. I overall rated 4 stars based on hot water...

"Staff was fabulous.Room needs deep clean and repair. When we turned on bathroom faucets, water was brown and then black and sediment was all in the sink. It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush. May need new pipes etc. Hopefully it’s been fixed since I alerted staff and showed pictures. Rest of faucets didn’t have that issue. Bathroom shower and floor grout needs professional...

"This is a hidden gem! The owners have meticulously renovated this unit. The area around seems a little rough at first but we had no issues at all! I would highly recommend this stay for the price point and don’t pass on the local donut shop around the corner!"

"We really enjoyed Stephanie’s place. It had everything we needed as was as advertised. It was our first visit to the To er Ranch so great to check out that property. We ate twice at the main steakhouse and the food was delicious."

"The pictures were accurate. The bed is super comfy and was a good size. This room was perfect for me and my 8 year old. There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries. "We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!"
