The resort is quiet and not crazy allowing you to relax, extra safe and give you access to extra amenities at the sister resort the royal sands. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.」

「The room was clean and sufficient but definitely run down and could use some fixing up and repair. Sliding door did not lock and weather stripping was hanging down. No art on the walls, but lots of "patched" areas were noticeable. There is no closet for hanging clothes and no mirror in the room so only mirror is in the bathroom. Also, bathroom door is frosted glass that offers very little privacy. Shower was very nice and AC worked really well.」

「The bell hop and some staff at restaurants were great. Having access to the beach resort was a plus. We received a relaxing treatment at the spa.The Krudo restaurant next to it was exceptional. The people at the concierge desk were not very nice and the outdoor hot tub and room jacuzzi were cold. The one on our balcony would'nt fill up. The food was okay. Same thing every single day for breakfast. It would have been nice to have access to more coffee. It was our second time there. We had a good...

「Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben einer 24/7 Apotheke bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, Einrichtung auch gut, aber kein Fenster und extrem feucht. Es hat auch dementsprechend gerochen, wir haben nur 2 Nächte da verbracht aber unsere Kleidung war danach muffig. Die Apotheke spielt den ganzen Tag Musik, es ging um 7 Uhr in der Früh los… 2 Sterne für die Lage und für die Sauberkeit. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Wir können den Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. 」
