“Nice”

“What they don't tell you is parking at their hotel is $15.88/day in addition to the nightly charge + taxes. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower doors didn't close all the way and water leaked on the floor. We turned the tv off when we went to bed and couldn't get it to turn back on the next morning. Buffet was not good.”

“The staff was extremely accommodating. I learned Deadwood is not a very handicap accessible place but the hotel was except for the casino across the street. I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair. This is a historic town so I get that they don't want to alter it very much and the parking was across the street and you had to go around the parking lot and they don't like to shovel the sidewalks and Deadwood sidewalks are very icy which does happen in……

“Breakfast was yummy staff person there was so kind and pleasant. Room was spacious and very nice. Wish we could get that rate year round because we would come back a lot.”

“Very nice place only odd for me used to staying in an hotel as two doors unusual & very handy. Was evident trying very hard with super employees & whole Deadwood Gultch trying hard. Was a very fun stay! Shuttle very informative from employees, on time & fun to use. Convenient! Thank you will stay again.”

“I had emergency surgery and needed to reschedule our stay. Over ten attempts to reschedule, all unsuccessful. Each time, I was told I would be charged anywhere from $209, to over $500. Same room, just different dates. I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”. What a terrible facility, horrible customer service. I didn’t want money back, just wanted a chair for the concert, and to reschedule the stay so we could……

“We did a quick stay on the way to rapid city. We liked that it was in walking distance to necessities. The staff was friendly, rooms clean. Worth it for the price. ”
