"Beach! Staff, room, food. In the dining areas noise eliminating features would make a tremendous difference. Ms. Nelly in the buffet dining area was especially wonderful and we, the architect and Luisa, wish her all the best. "

"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort. The resort itself is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP upgrade, which made a noticeable difference. The Family Selection beach area was especially nice — less crowded and more comfortable. Overall food quality was good, although the desserts could definitely be better. During our stay we booked three à la carte restaurants. La Paisana and Sumptuori (teppanyaki tables) were both very good. Portofino, however, was a bit disappointing. The service was good, but the food didn’t live up to what we expected from an Italian restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you can get the Family Selection or VIP upgrade."
