“Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. ”

“This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.”

“Service makes this resort better than many. On the cozy side. Solid food but not for foodies. As welcoming as the place is, high energy partygoers and beach lovers will be disappointed. Exceptional hospitality throughout the resort”

“Clean room, great stay!”

“Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) Didn’t love the food from the hotel bar - but they were quick with drinks at the pool and were reasonably priced. Would stay again - amazing option for airport……

“El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos”

“Well worth the money. We stayed in a platinum longer pool room and were treated amazing the entire trip. The resort is massive. Trams run every ten minutes to move you around if you’d like. Very convenient. Spa is absolutely beautiful. Resort could use some tidying up. But all in all, it was gorgeous. Pools are so pretty. Well planned out resort. Restaurants and buffets are insanely good.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The chefs prepared delicious food.”
