「The staff suggested us the way to the tourist attractions with map provided. The wifi can be connected in the whole hotel area, including room, restaurant, lobby and parking area. One bad thing is the water kept changing from very hot to very cold and vice versa when we were taking shower.」

「This hotel is in a great location. The staff is offsite but very attentive. I only gave it 4 stars and considered 3 only because we had a long 2 story walk up with heavy luggage and the vaporetto station is not that far but with 4 stairway bridges and 2 large heavy suitcases it was a challenge. We had to take a private water taxi back to the airport just because of logistics which picked us up in front of the hotel and arranged by the staff. That was such a life saver and the price they got...
