Mediocre experience. Won't go back next time.

I stayed there two years ago but this time was much more disappointing. The hotel becomes quite old. The service is just ok, not super friendly. I expect to feel like home but I didn't get that feelings. Bed is too soft, bathroom is a bit dated as well.

重新考慮會否再次入住

這次是我第二次入住，上一次因為覺得酒店各樣設備及服務不錯，事隔1年半多，今次入住房間還算闊大，但設備及裝修已經扁舊，櫃台男職員態度差，原因我房間wifi 出現問題，要求跟進，但追了三天還未跟妥，後來再問一位女職員時，她才說因數月前更換了另外一間公司後，好多時wifi都是有問題，最後她給了我一個流動上綱器，但她竟然說她不知怎麼用，最後我自己嘗試一下，幸好成功使用，之後過了三天才有人來維修房間的wifi，最終都是80%流暢，但用流動那個還是好一點。另外我今次是入住十日，但只安排了一次清潔房間實太少，希望酒店能提升一下各方面。

It's a great experience

I enjoyed my stay very much- very large size of he apartment equipped with all facilities u may need. Cross the street there are grocery stores. Staff are friendly and helpful, house cleaning accidentally took my personal item but they tries very hard to find it for me and they did returned the item at the end. It is overall a good experience and I will return to this hotel next time I visit london.

A small hotel on City Road

We spent around 6 nights at the Citadines hotel. Actually our first experience with the property. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6:30 am) after a long flight, and the people are very kind to check us in. Walking distance to Angel Station is a bit far, but bus stop is located right outside of building.

Nice apartment hotel

The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. You can basically move in to live with just a suitcase! Location is close to my office, so is good for me. Otherwise, it's a 10 min walk to Angel station, and 15 min walk to a busy street of shops, bars and restaurants. There's a small supermarket right across the street which is very convenient as well. I was placed on the top floor so very nice natural light from the window ceiling. Front desk staffs are very helpful as well. Overall speaking, it's a nice stay and I will definitely stay here on my next trip again.

We had to change rooms at night because there was no hot water and the heater in the room had broken down. Just disappointed that this was not checked out before giving us the room key. It is hard especially once you have settled in with two kids.

天井の高いきれいな部屋で，快適な滞在でした．洗濯機，食洗機つきで，洗剤(タブレット)も二つずつ常備されています．ベッドのマットレスがよいので腰痛持ちには助かりました．アパートはフロント係がいない所も多いですが，ここはフロントの方が常時いて親切でした．徒歩1-2分のところにCOOPのスーパーがあり便利でした．ヒースロー空港から地下鉄でキングスクロスへ行き，205のバスで4つめか5つめの停留所の目の前です．205のバスはパディントン始発なのでヒースローエクスプレスでもアクセスできます．強いて言えば，いわゆる中心部の観光地，商業地へ歩いていくのは厳しい立地ですが，バスや地下鉄で問題なく行けます．今まで泊まったロンドンのホテル，アパートの中で一番よかったです．次回出張時もここに滞在したいです．

Ruim en licht appartement, mooi ingericht, maar spaarzaam versierd in sfeer. 10 minuten lopen vanaf Angel Tubestation. Geen hotelservice, geschikt voor langer verblijf. Alles in orde, reguliere WiFi is slecht, maar extra router voor betere WiFi is o aanvraag beschikbaar maar ze lopen er niet mee te koop. Ligt aan een drukke weg maar met ramen dicht is dat niet storend.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but a bit further from Kings Cross station than I was expecting. Fine for adults but not do good when you have a 5 year old with you. Would recommend it otherwise.

Perfection for a family at a total cost of £129

With a rate of £129 for 1 night in a 2 bed 2 bathroom lounge and kitchen apartment that was spotless there is no room for complaint.

Great location and value for money

Great location - only 10-15 mins from the tube at Angel. The apartments are fairly basic so not the place if you are looking for a luxury experience but we thought it was great value for money - loads of room and everything has been kept neat and tidy. Perfect for a group or family. Staff were really helpful too. Would definitely go back for another weekend away.

Lovely

We stayed for one night here as it is the nearest hotel to where our daughter lives and we were delighted. We weren't sure what to expect and were apprehensive about booking an apartment instead of a hotel room. We were given a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and complimentary tea and coffee. The building itself is gorgeous. It is either Georgian or built in the Georgian/colonial style with high ceilings giving a feeling of space and light. We intend to stay longer next time. Very reasonable prices, too. Really pleased with our choice.
