Convenient and clean
Beautiful unit and very clean. The location was close to everything. Management was very quick to answer and address any needs we had. Our windows wouldn’t stay closed which contributed to noise from outside. You are in the middle of Soho. There is quite a bit going on at night which is to be expected but with the windows fixed, the noise was not an issue at all. I would say that the only issue from someone who is from the US and not familiar with policies on air conditioning, this unit states that it has it but it is in the closet and must be positioned in a window. We found this out from maintenance. We would probably not be able to do it ourselves but the unit was always a comfortable temperature and we never needed it. If needed, I would say maintenance would be right out to set it up. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience here.
