We wanted a central London hotel and had previously stayed here on a regular basis but had not been for several years due to family but well worth visiting again. The refurbishment has been a good improvement for the rooms and looking forward to coming back once all upgrades are completed. Staff were really friendly and helpful to make the stay an enjoyable one.

Very convenient property to west end and great walkable areas including Hyde Park. Multiple bars and restaurants. Staff is excellent.

The staff and hotel was first class. Jason and Mark the doormen were real stars. I will stay in this hotel every time I am in London. It is a great balance between value and luxury.

Hotel is lovely, nice breakfast, comfortable clean rooms, had a fabulous view. The only thing negative was the bath towels were taken but not replaced and had to ask twice before receiving these, so this was not good service for 5 star hotel.

It was clean and room service and the cleaning crew were exceptional. Check in staff and wait for a room to be cleaned could have been improved

We just loved this beautiful hotel right in central London. It was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, but we felt like we were in a quiet spot. The staff were absolutely the most friendly and helpful of most anywhere I’ve been! The hotel was pristine. We will be back! 🇬🇧
