Excellent hotel only a few minutes walk from Southwark tube station. Friendly and accomadating staff. Clean room. Great value for money!

Gloria, the attendant is just amazing!!!! I was in the second floor and for me the stair didn't worry me. The only problem was the mattress. Very uncomfortable, because there was a hole on it. They did not clean my room because of the covid-19 and I was not happy for it too. The rest of the experience was nice.

I stayed at this property for 12 nights. Within the 12 nights I did not receive room service once- not once. I had to ask for clean linen even though they said weekly cleaning. The first room I was given had the lock broken and it took two nights to change my room...even though the hotel was practically empty. I was forced to leave my valuables in the unlocked room while I went to work. Then, in the new room, the Aircon/ hearing unit was broken. I notified the concierge/ Porter and she said it would take a few days to be fixed as it was down I. The whole building. it never was fixed while I was there. What a miserable time I had here and will never recommend. NEVER.

O local é muito bom mesmo. Dois quarteiroes da estação de Paddington. A Glória que nos atendeu é demais. Uma fofa. Únicos 2 pontos negativos são: colchão desgastado de uso (buraco no meio) e a limpeza no quarto e banheiro eu tive que fazer pois limpam 1 vez a cada 7 dias. Tudo novinho, area comum bem limpa e bem arrumadinho.

It was pretty much as advertised: small rooms and steps to get to them (ie no lift). Really easy location for access to tube (both Paddington and Lancaster Gate), lots of restaurant options, right by Hyde Park and close to Kensington Gardens. Little communal kitchen with a couple of mini-fridges and microwave, multiple laundry machines a floor above. A tiny bit thin-walled but generally very quiet clientele. Many women business travellers (at least that was my impression from minimal convo in kitchen) which I always look at as a good sign (for disclosure I am male, but a little up in years). The place grew on me, despite small room, mainly because of great location.

Great location, very close to Paddington underground and very accessible to good restaurants and food around the vicinity. Only drawback for me was the room I’ve got was facing the mainroad, so could be a little tad noisy. Would visit again!

Excellent location but tiny room

The location is very convenient which is around 10 mins walk from Paddington station. However, there is no escalator in the building and therefore we need to carry our luggage upstairs. Also the room is very small, it is just enough to open one luggage then already occupied most area of the room. It would be great for a one-night stay.

Business trip

This is a perfect hotel for business travel and/or one night lay over etc. as it is literally around the corner from Paddington. Great eats close by, too. My room was very small but that's exactly what I expected and the descriptions are accurate - I was very comfortable and the front of house went out of their way to accommodate me with an earlier check-in.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin waren sehr laut wegen dem Verkehr, auch Nachts. Mich hat es nicht gestört (ich würde sogar den Weltuntergang verschlafen). Personal war sehr freundlich und das W-Lan (Wifi) schnell und gut.

アパートを改装したような作りのホテルです。 記載されている通り階段しかないので、上の部屋になると荷物の運搬が大変化もしれないです。 部屋はきれいで、シャワーしかないですが、水圧も充分です。 1階に供用のキッチンがあり、冷蔵庫やシリアルが置いてあります。 洗濯機・乾燥機もあるので長期の滞在に向いています。 パディントン駅からも歩いて5分ほどです。 おすすめのホテルです。

Bedste hotel jeg har boet på i London

Skønt og moderne hotel i et fantastisk område af London. Ligger lige ved både Paddington st. og Lancaster Gate underground. Sød service, rent og pænt og gode faciliteter. Dog var det koldt om aftenen og natten, hvor jeg måtte tænde en elektronisk radiator og vinduerne var utætte (mit ophold var her i efteråret). Vær opmærksom på meget larm fra gaden, men heldigvis sørger hotellet for ørepropper på værelset inden ankomst. Hvilke vil sige, at de er opmærksomme på det, og det er et plus. Hotellet kender både deres styrker og svagheder, og gør noget ved det for at forbedre komfort. Vil klart anbefalede hotellet og bo der igen.

Jotain kertoo se, että huoneessa oli korvatulpat vakiovarustuksena. Äänet kuuluivat todella hyvin kadulta ja naapurista, aivan kuin olisi nukkunut ikkunat auki. Vähän epäilyttää pitääkö vanhat ikkunat lämpöäkään sisällä talvipakkasilla. Muuten ei juurikaan valittamista, siisti huone ja sujuva palvelu.

Super skønt sted, hvis man rejser for at opleve, og ikke behøver at være på overnatningsstedet. Dejlig renligt, og sødt personale. De tilbyder endda morgenmad i et lille fælles køkken. Kanon beliggenhed!! Jeg kunne klart finde på at komme tilbage dertil!

Room was way too hot and there was no way to cool it down. The windows only opened 5 cm, and they didn’t stay open, so the room was stuffy. I was promised a fan 3 times before I got one on my last night and was finally able to sleep a little. I always sleep with earplugs when I travel, but the street noise was far worse than I expected and too much for my earplugs. I was in a premium single room on the top floor. I would guess a room on the ground or first floors would be better. I’m a small person, and I found the shower stall to be very tight. Premium room was spacious. Bathroom was warm (in a good way). Location was great.

Awesome location!

Great location as it's just 4-5 minute walk from the Paddington Station so if you're taking Heathrow Express, it'll make it easy to travel to/from Heathrow. There are also plenty of restaurants, pubs, stores, etc. near by. The only fault I'd find is the lack of available outlets in my room. Had to unplug a desk lamp so that I can charge my laptop.

Great location and price

Great value for price and location. Manager was very helpful. Common area well stocked and clean. The bed sagged and there seemed to be something broken underneath that sounded like a loose board hitting the wall. The blanket was too small for the bed; it covered the bed but not 2 people. Fortunately the heated towel rack kept the room very warm.. The fire door hinge was very loud when it closed and it was impossible to go in or out quietly. It is still a great value and we would stay there again.

抜群の立地でリーズナブルです。ホテルというより個室タイプのゲストハウスのような感じです。シャワーブースは狭いですが普通体型の女性には特に問題ない感じでした。清潔感もあります。チェックイン時間よりだいぶ早く午前中に着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえました。ホスピタリティもグッドです。
