Amazing place

The whole place felt friendly and nice. It was simple to get comfortable and have a good time. The location was just right if you want to live in a calm area but still be near restaurants and other things. I was really happy with how professional and polite their team was, and it made my stay even better. Highly recommend👍👏

Horribly maintained and overprice flat

The property was poorly maintained and despite more than a dozen calls, dozens of text messages, and four separate visits by repair people over our two-week stay, the issues were not resolved. The management company, Flex Living, offered us a discount on our next stay but who would want to stay in any of their properties after the experience we had! First, the pictures on the website showed furniture that was not there, that is, a missing sofa chair. The windows were broken and at first would not open. The flat was sweltering. Once they were opened by the repair person, they would not close. New window handles were ordered but never arrived. The repair person informed us that the broken windows had been reported a month before we arrived but nothing was done to repair them. The blinds in all the rooms were broken and could not be repaired. Difficult to sleep with light entering the bedrooms. New blinds were supposedly ordered but none arrived before we left. The flat had a foul odor that resulted from mold growing in the drainage for the refrigerator. They first blamed the smell on a coolant gas leak from the frig and advised us to leave the door open for 30 minutes. When that did not work, they blamed us for the smell coming from yogurt. The yogurt was fresh and not smelling. Then they conceded that the smell was from the mold but they did not want to move the frig to clean it. The only thing they were able to repair was the television but only after a second visit.
