Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there.
