All the areas, including the Spa, are well appointed and clean and the staff is excellent - well trained, friendly and courteous. A relaxing fabulous atmosphere. The staff couldn’t do more for us and always with a smile. 」

The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.」

「古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。」

「这是一所非常安静的酒店，环境优雅，到处都是森林。前台服务态度很好，早餐很丰盛。交通不算方便，走路到Ascot火车站需要20分钟。适合自驾的选择。看到很多带孩子的家庭旅游选择这个酒店，适合亲子游。中国客人非常少。」
