「Initial check in was disappointing. We arrived 17 minutes early and we're told that we could not have our room until 3pm exactly. A payment if £17 was required for an early check in. This equates to£1 per minute. After a 4 hour journey we thought this was unacceptable.」

「We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8」

「Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB.
We were going to get a relatively early and restful night but the loud base and music until midnight put pay to that. Our room was facing the open door of the after venue and...
