「I was a little surprised by the condo. It is an older property, but well-kept. The slider for the front door took me by surprise, and everything was fine once I figured out the key box in the dark. Next time, I need to remember to bring shampoo. It wasn't super clear what parking was on the property. Again, it was dark, and I found a spot that worked great. The place was perfect for a single guy wanting to explore the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge. 」

「Excellent communication...everything we needed was at hand. View was beautiful. Very clean and the decor was very cool and charming. Generously decorated with tons of comfy bedding! 」

「Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there.」

「The inside, the furnishings and the outside view is absolutely beautiful, I and the six widows who travel together absolutely love this condo and will be back.」

「Over all we had a great stay at sunset bay villas! The balcony is amazing and the condo was perfect for family vacation. Within walking distance of everything on Main Street and super close to restaurants on this island! Only complaints: -The curtains in the master bedroom were falling when we got there (easy fix, no biggie) -Wish the water and ice maker were hooked up on the fridge And -the floors were extremely sticky when we arrived, needed a good mop. The kitchenette was really well- equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and we were able to cook fresh local seafood on the stovetop burners. 「Great location! Private yet close to everything. The property was clean and very well kept. It was the perfect size for two people. Beautiful views as well! 」

「A great place to stay! Definitely bring your own paper products and toiletries (paper towels, tp, trash bags, hand soap, tissues etc.) Close to the beach, friendly neighbors. It is a shared balcony so there isnt much privacy outside. The Pearl is 2 doors down. Overall a great place to stay. 」
