Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, l'équipe est formidable, petite mention spéciale pour Mohseen au restaurant qui est vraiment au petit soin pour les clients. “The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable J’ai pu commander un couscous alors qu’il n’était pas sur la carte (merci à Sofia) Le point à améliorer serait les horaires d’ouverture du petit déjeuner. 8.30 h c’est difficile quand on a des excursions… Les jardins sont magnifiques et la piscine chauffée est vraiment agréable en automne ! ”
