「All very good. The only slight thing was that we had 2 single duvets on a super king size bed. No issues with bed size. The sole issue was we felt we'd have been warmer/ more comfortable under a double duvet, as we have this at home. I think we were afraid to say, because everything else was very good.」

「The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!」

「We were very happy with the seafront location, proximity to the beach and the Lido. We had a number of meals at the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. The room was spacious and clean, the room was very warm through the most recent heat wave yet manageable with a fan. Transportation access to downtown and other attractions was very convenient on the number one bus with both pick up and drop off at the door. We would stay here again and recommended it to others fully.」

「I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday).」

「The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. After not being unable to sleep on the fourth day we asked again about another room and we moved to a room on the first floor with really quite and effective air...

「A wonderful friendly hotel easy to find and opposite a golden sandy beach. Everything was exceptionally clean. The choice of meals in the restaurant was very good both in quality and value for money, the staff friendly and attentive and meals were serve on HOT plates. Although the hotel was full from families to golden oldies like myself, it never felt crowded and was very quiet. 」

「Hotel Staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean, the only problem in our room was the bath was very slippery and unsafe for our age group so we hardly made use of it. The breakfast was very very good with good choices.」
