「I absolutely adored this home, the views, the area and how truely comfy the place was. There are some steps to get down to get down to the home but I’d gladly take them again to wake up with the fireplace going while watching the sunrise. 10/10 」

「This was the perfect spot to converge for a family wedding. We liked that there the ample common spaces for West Coast-East Coast to hang out and catch up. The close prximity to shops and restaurants was a plus. My SoCal contingent loved having a garage. We also appreciated the good communication with the host. 」

「Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. 「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.」
