「我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。
前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。
然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。
在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。」

「We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.」

「hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel. 」
