"My kids and I stayed at Trevin’s place and had a wonderful time! From check-in to check-out our stay was great. Trevin was a very gracious host and had great communication. The views of sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The decks made time outside more enjoyable and being right on the lake was fun. I’d say the only downside was that the yard is a bit small. "We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. "Awesome remote property in the middle of a pine forest. We wanted privacy and this place offered it. Our dogs loved to run and the wrap around front porch offered peace in any weather. We especially loved that games, chairs (2), grills (both Blackstone and pellet) wood for fires were provided. Inside was really nice and clean and our whole family could sit and sleep comfortably. We went and explored the small towns, restaurants and bars in the area during the day and came back every evening and enjoyed some movies by the fire. We definitely will come back again when it is warmer and we can enjoy the lake.
