"This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. "No housekeeping until i complain and got day before check out the night before check out I was locked out my room and maintenance had to break the door open to let me in and instead of giving me a better safe working room they left me in the room with the door broke and not able to close it and I have video and photos of the whole thing"

"The tv wouldn't come one, it took forever for the water to get hot in the bathroom, the toilet is too low (this can't be the only size in all rooms - we are not "little people"), the door really didn't lock, the curtains/drapes were not properly install, stains on the pillow case, Hvac system was noisy, no directional signs listed for the elevated (took forever to get to it because it's deep with the property), staff did not provide check in information such as wifi password, breakfast (no separation of utensils to use for each food item; no napkins, no pepper, no fruit, no water) and check out time."
